]]>伏見駅近くの鯖メインの和食屋さん「伏見あおい」にいってみました。
ランチメニューの鯖の味噌煮は絶品！
お店が押してるハーブ鯖は味噌煮は、限界まで炊き込んであるので骨ごと食べれます。（それでも身がくずれない技術に驚き！）
味噌煮を楽しんだら、ごはんのペース配分を意識しておじやにすることを提案いたします。
鯖の出汁が染み出た味噌汁にご飯がダイレクトアタック
えびっちりの頭にもダイレクトアタックたまらないです。
「鯖は飲み物だ」。。。
